- Industrial Estate -

Allotment Procedures : The economic lease rent of Industrial Shed as well as open space in the Industrial Estate in the state are as follows:

 

 i) Rs.1.00 per sq ft. per month on shed  and maintenance/recurring expenditure on shed will
    be borne by the entrepreneurs at their own cost / resources. (No. IND/BLDG/223/79 dated 27th August 2002)
ii) Rs. 0.80 per sqm per  month to open space (Revised - IND/BLDG/ 223/79 (Vol-II).

iii)  Rate of  lease rent for land used for the purpose of  labour shed  be charged @ 10% per sq.ft. per month of Sl. no. ii.
